It’s great when you can roll up on your travel nurse friends and chill for 24hrs!! This visit featured a much needed travel nap, food at instagram worthy restaurants, luxury shopping, a baker’s swanky speakeasy, and a load of boozy laughs and adult conversation!

Present Company – American inspired grub with a Palm Springs instagrammable aesthetic. Super cute stop! I literally stopped here just to grab the feature photo and appease my belly. Check out the link.
Thirteen – We didn’t quite make our reservations here but I’m told the experience is phenomenal. Founded by James Harden, Thirteen is an upscale, fine dining restaurant that offers an unmeasurable experience in the heart of Houston.
The Sugar Room – Known as ‘Houston’s Sweetest Speakeasy’. Great hidden lounge for drinks and more intimate parties and conversation. The macaroons were quite tasty!
Gerald D. Hines Waterall Park – The weather was beautiful! So after a boozy brunch at Snooze, we decided to walk off a few calories and bring our 24hrs to a close at this iconic landmark.
